The luxury villa in St. Moritz offers both beautiful views of the lake and the mountain peaks surrounding it.

There is a private walking path behind the house leading up to the center of town, a 10 minute walk away. The wood and stone construction fits in well with the lake and the imposing mountain ranges in the area.

The building has two apartments in total. The interiors of the two apartments are identical and offer both tradition and modernity, from larch wood flooring to the kitchen with steel elements, to the heat of the fireplace to ensure the best comfort. The wholly glazed front and the solid wooden balconies that have glass parapets, allow sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. On the stone sides, the windows are small, but carefully placed to allow focused views. The apartments are each set over two floors connected by a lift and stairs. On the upper floor one will find a cloakroom, the living area with fireplace and TV corner, dining area and the kitchen separated by glass from the dining area.

The lower floor each come with three en-suite bedrooms.

A glazed first-floor corridor connects the house to the cellar area at the rear of the house that has been dug out of the mountain. This cellar area has for each apartment a single bedroom for a staff member as well as a leisure space with a gym and sauna. Parking for six cars is available on the ground level.
